THANKFULNESS, n. Expression of gratitude; acknowledgment of a favor; a lively sense of good received.
Are you thankful? If you are reading this... you have at your fingertips one of the most amazing innovations, inventions, in human history.
With the touch of a button, we can instantly reach people accross the world.
This can be good... like when you are able to "chat" on line with a loved one far away. But it can also be bad... like when things that should be kept private, or quiet, or secret, are posted for the whole world (literally) to see.
Lately, we have been faced with this strange dilemma. Are there times when it is better not to know? Are there times when the necessary actions of others need to be kept secret?
In the Book of Joshua, chapter 2, we read of the two spies and a young woman named Rahab.
It was a military operation, and some things needed to be kept undercover (literally!).
Maybe there are some things we don't need to know.
